Your Care Team
- Unlimited Nurse Practitioner care — in-person or virtual.
- On-demand phone and text support from a registered nurse, anytime you need guidance or have a question.
- An integrated team — parenting coach, speech and language pathologist, occupational therapist, counsellor, and physiotherapist — available to assess, triage, and refer you for ongoing treatment or additional diagnostic tests.
- Same- or next-day urgent appointments when things just can't wait — booked first-come, first-served.
What We Watch For
- Comprehensive Annual Health Assessment — a complete picture of your health, with a clear next-step plan.
- Well child checks — birth through teen years, so you can catch issues early, guide healthy habits, and keep vaccinations on schedule.
- Regular developmental milestone checks — every six months, from 12 months until 5½ years of age. Our OT, with a specialty in child development, meets with you and your child to discuss and evaluate cognitive, gross and fine motor, communication, play, and socioemotional milestones. You'll also get age-tailored home activities to help your child flourish in their next developmental chapter.
- Annual DEXA body composition scans — to identify health risks and get a complete picture of your bone density, lean mass, and fat tissue.
